Booking AIMS 2013

Firstly: you send in your Booking Form and £60 Deposit.

You will then receive an acknowledgement, a note of the accommodation that you have selected, and an indication of the balance that you will have to pay by 30^th June 2013.  See below for booking forms.

Once You Have Made a Booking

All students should remember to pay the balance of their fees by June 30^th 2013.

Solo Singers should remember to send in their Aria & Song titles and keys by May 31^st.

People applying to join the course after the auditions on Sunday April 14^th, or overseas students, will have to take pot luck if they wish to be considered for solo roles. They can help the process by sending in good quality recordings of themselves on tape, video, CD etc.

Final selections and castings will be sent to successful applicants by email in late April or early May. This will give everyone time to be well prepared. N.B. only Songs, Arias & Opera Ensembles sung from memory will be considered for performance in the student concerts (with the exception of Oratorio extracts, where custom allows the use of a copy).

N.B. All singers requesting solo roles should expect to be informed by EMAIL, and should therefore have the AIMS email address as one of their ‘allowed’ addresses. Sometimes in the past these important communications have found their way into peoples’ spam folders....
