Welcome to the new-look website for a new-look AIMS! There are some more photos here, taken at the last course. But now it is ‘Goodbye Ardingly’, and ‘Hello Eastbourne’ (for the summer course) and ‘Goodbye Ardingly’ - ‘Hello Burgess Hill’ (for the Easter course).
Everything will remain the same as before, or be even better! All of the Tutors and House-Pianists are hasppy to come to the new venues. The AIMS Choir concert will be open to the public on Friday 27th August, and take place in All Saints Church (across the road from the college) with an orchestra for the first time. The ‘Staged Operas’ will take place in the school theatre that has comfortable raked seating. The opening Gala Recital will bring our tally for these events up to 2 Dames and 2 Knights, now that it is confirmed that Sir Thomas Allen, our President, will be the singer!
Penny and I have tasted the cuisine at Eastbourne, and it is terrific. They have an award-winning chef there.
