75 Students Attended Mini-AIMS

Mini-AIMS took place in the Music School at Ardingly College from April 15th - 19th. On these 5 days there were a total of 75 students who sang to the tutors Ameral Gunson, John Hancorn, Richard Jackson, Morag McLaren, Hilary Fisher, as well as the organisers Neil and Penny Jenkins. It was generally agreed to be a very rewarding and friendly course. Comments have included: "Thanks for your help at Mini-Aims last week. I did so enjoy it..." "...Thanks for your class last Thursday, it was a blast!" "...I just wanted to thank-you for your in-put on Friday at the Oratario workshop. I have never attended Ardingly's singing workshops before, and I found the whole day extremely useful." "...I enjoyed the session on Wednesday and found it VERY helpful, thanks!" "...Thinking back to mini-Aims, I again found all the sessions extremely helpful and encouraging, and was left with some very clear ideas about how to work on songs and arias more effectively. I find being with a small, enthusiastic group like that can lead to some very productive exchanges of information and advice about repertoire etc." "....The tutors and pianists are fantastic, and as for the organisation, as always it�s so impressive.
